Through the competition, we found ourselves frustrated that we were only able to select one Grand Prize Winning short script at a time to produce. There were so many magnificently written short scripts greeting us each and every cycle. There are also a lot of well-made, poorly-written films flooding film festivals. We asked ourselves what we could do to help qualified filmmakers get their hands on all of these quality short scripts...and after much thought ScriptMatch was born!
All winning short and super short scripts receive a lifetime membership!
What is it?
Using our vast and ever-expanding industry network, we will attempt to match our Winners’ and Finalists’ scripts with qualified filmmakers looking for production-ready short scripts. We will do our best to ensure the production company seeking the scripts has the talent and funds to be able to produce a professional, polished film. Past Winners and Finalists will agree to give us all of the information that we need to market their short scripts and ensure that their short scripts are, at the time of the submission to ScriptMatch, not under any option and have never been produced.
In order to cover the Administration of this program, there will be a submission fee of $20 (US) per short to be included in the program for one year. As of now, we only accept submissions to our ScriptMatch program from previous Winners and Finalists.
We do have plans to expand the library of scripts available to submit to ScriptMatch but for the time-being we are starting with our previous entrants. Our first allegiance is to helping previous entrants move their scripts forward as they inspired us to create this program.
"I just wanted to thank you for your efforts. I am new to screenwriting and the whole contest circuit. The experience with Gimme Credit has by far been the best I have encountered. I especially appreciate the feedback you and your judges provided. While many contests promise

"Thank you for the feedback. This alone helps your competition stand head and shoulders above a lot of other screenplay competitions out there."
